Ninth Circuit -- USA V. EDUARDO ARIAS-ESPINOSA

If one signs a plea agreement waiving the right to appeal, and at the end of sentencing, the judge says that there might be a right to appeal, there is no right to appeal.  Equivocal and ambiguous.
